The Nightshade 3,500-watt RMS Neodymium sub is engineered to deliver incredibly powerful low end, with an extremely linear excursion and next-level thermal management. It features an eight-layer voice coil for excellent power handling and an extended shorting ring to minimize distortion and deliver a smooth, highly accurate sound at extreme SPL levels.
Thermal control is optimized with a cast aluminum cooling ring, outer fin array and aluminum vent ring to actively pull heat away from the entire voice coil gap. The subwoofer also incorporates a unique air exchange system for active cooling, enhancing reliability during extended use. With a Mega Roll V2 surround for linear cone movement and class-leading Xmax, the Nightshade is the premier high-performance Neodymium subwoofer in the category.
