Formulated VP Octanium Unleaded to be the best octane booster fuel additive for cars and trucks that have both catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. It is safe for limited use in those applications. Octanium Unleaded provides an octane boost up to 7 numbers (70 points). Subsequently, it increases horsepower. Furthermore, it can eliminate knocking and pinging, clean fuel injectors, and eliminate gum and varnish build up. *If you use Octanium Unleaded in vehicles with emission control devices (ECD), dosage should be limited to 2.6 ounces per 10 gallons of gasoline. Non-ECD vehicles can utilize up to 5.3 ounces per 10 gallons of gasoline for long-term use, or 32 ounces per 10 gallons of fuel for short-term use. However, this will require more frequent maintenance to prevent harmful damage or coating to engine parts.
